EARC CONFERENCE ORGANIZING TEAM

The organizing team is composed of the chairperson organizing committee, finance committee, publicity and welfare committee. These are groups of devoted and active members, entitled to conference management, fund lobbying, accommodation follow-up, and advertisement.

FINANCE COMMITTEE
The finance committee is responsible for fee structure development, receive and collect all conference monies, harmonizing all conference budgets, payment of external partners, lobbying of funds from sponsors and potential funders, and carrying out an up to date detailed financial record of the conference’s funds at the end of the conference.

WELFARE COMMITTEE
The welfare committee is responsible for the well-being of all conference attendees, which includes picking the best accommodation spots in town, and ensure that incentives during the conference are abundant to the attendees’ satisfaction.

PUBLICITY COMMITTEE
The publicity committee is concerned with managing conference sponsors and venues, management of ticket sales and delegates, production of brochures, and social media coverage. On the contrary, they update the conference websites with relevant and current project related information in order to raise awareness about everything EARC.
