The Uganda National Association for Medical and Hospital Engineering (UNAMHE) is pleased to invite you to the 2nd Uganda National Biomedical Engineering Conference (UNBEC-2019) from  7^th -8^th November 2019. The conference brings together Biomedical engineers, health technology managers, researchers, scientists, policy makers and students to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas and findings about all aspects of medical devices and healthcare engineering. It is also an opportunity for networking and discussing practical challenges encountered as well as solutions adopted.
